There are times when you need a totally unrelated situation to inspire you in solving a problem. Like one time, I was sorting out my fax messages and it seemed I was missing a lot of pages. I thought I should clarify it with my boss and went straight to his office after I piled the pages. We were expecting to receive 17 pages of legal documents and we received only 14 pages.
