There are times when you need a totally unrelated situation to inspire you in solving a problem. Like one time, I was sorting out my fax messages and it seemed I was missing a lot of pages. I thought I should clarify it with my boss and went straight to his office after I piled the pages. We were expecting to receive 17 pages of legal documents and we received only 14 pages. What we did was contact the sender and inquired if all pages were already sent.

Let’s face it.  Toll free telephone numbers make companies sound important in their advertising.  If it doesn’t make you immediately think “important”; at the very least, it makes you think the company is large, and operating on a nationwide basis , right?
