A short stint with a medium-sized organization has made me appreciate the importance of a private network. This new company has about five departments, each of which is located in different parts of the building. The funny thing about this company is when someone calls and wants to talk to an employee. It is well and good when that person is just near the admin office where the line is located. But when he is in the fifth room, for instance, the person who picks up the phone gets to have a little exercise by personally telling the employee somebody is looking for him on the phone. As telecommunication evolves, office phone systems have become more complex. The idea of having multiple points of entry to communicate seems too challenging without an operating system to assist a company. Another way to resolve this problem is by having more people assigned to your phone systems. This would cost more and even more so as your company grows. This is just not the practical approach in this age of automation. Out there in the market is a wonderful solution to your over-budgeted and chaotic office phone systems.

For the past 5 months, I have been trying to perk up my businesses. Most of my businesses correlate with my other businesses, like my frozen food storage facility is being stocked by my own farm and both sites are being advertised by my main office.
